Job Description General Definition of Work The Director of Benefits and Risk Management, under minimal supervision, performs senior level work with considerable decision-making discretion planning, managing, and implementing a comprehensive insurance and risk management program. Employee will oversee district risk management benefits, employee healthcare administration/flex benefits, ADA, ACA, and workers' compensation. Employee performs advanced and supervisory work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to risk management, employee healthcare administration/flex benefits, ADA, ACA, and workers' compensation under the direction of the Executive Director of Benefits and Risk Management.
