Job Description General Definition of Work The career development coordinator middle school (CDC MS) , under moderate supervision, performs intermediate-level work with limited decision-making discretion supporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) and providing and coordinating career development services for students. Position works collaboratively with administrators, student services personnel, and teachers to ensure the delivery of career development services in assigned school(s). Responsible for facilitating linkages with parents, business/industry, postsecondary institutions, and community organizations to support students' transition to post-secondary education and employment.
