Job Description Shore Educational Collaborative is a multi-service agency providing services for people with disabilities. We are hiring a School Adjustment Counselor to work with students at a new program in Cambridge. This program will serve students in a range of grades. Only licensed mental health professionals will be considered (LICSW, Lic. Mental Health Counselors) The School Adjustment Counselor will work with students who struggle socially, emotionally, or behaviorally, helping them to maximize their educational opportunities by teaching problem solving, conflict resolution, and coping strategies. This position is for the 2026/27 School Year, however, there is an opportunity to work during the 2026 Summer Enrichment Program from July 6 to July 31.
