Job Description Director of Therapeutic Services Job Summary: As the Director of Therapeutic Services, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing all therapeutic services and supports for students, individuals in our adult programs, and staff. You will provide strategic direction, clinical expertise, and operational management to the therapeutic services staff, while also collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide services and support. Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Develop and implement a strategic vision for therapeutic services, aligned with the agency's mission and objectives. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of counselors, social workers, BCBAs, and other clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
