Job Description Shore Educational Collaborative's Owen School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with students with disabiities from pre-kindergarten to age 22. Responsibilities : In conjunction with the Program Directors/Coordinators and the Students' Teams: Conduct descriptive behavior assessments (including FBAs) and interpret the results of those assessments Design effective behavior analytic interventions Develop data collection systems Develop and supervise implementation of behavior plans Design and oversee interventions that are consistent with the dimensions of applied behavior analysis Identify the need for program or data collection systems revisions or termination; make revisions as appropriate Teach staff to carry out interventions Ensure that behavior data and graphs are prepared Supervise, monitor and/or assist students in crisis Represent the programs at IEP meetings, monthly room meetings, case...
