Job Description Classroom Teacher ROLE SUMMARY To provide educational opportunities where students may fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and psychological growth in a standard classroom or Montessori setting; and to provide instruction that will result in students achieving academic success in accordance with Cincinnati Public Schools standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS: Plans for and guides the learning process to help students achieve state standards. Must be able to verbally & physically interact with students as needed. Maintains a classroom atmosphere which is safe and conducive to learning. Establishes a professional relationship with all assigned students.
