Job Description Position Overview Sugar River Valley Regional Technical Center (SRVRTC) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and enthusiastic Work-Based Learning & Career Coordinator. This vital role is designed to bridge the gap between classroom education and the local business community, helping high school students transition seamlessly from career exploration to real-world experience. The successful candidate will oversee, expand, and manage SRVRTC's comprehensive Work-Based Learning (WBL) program, including internships, job shadowing, co-ops, and apprenticeships. The goal is to maximize student engagement with local industries, build foundational professional skills, and establish clear career pathways. While the ideal candidate will have strong experience in career counseling or industry relations, they must possess the versatility to support and coordinate opportunities across all six of SRVRTC's core programs.
