Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: Dean of School Culture LOCATION: Richmond Heights Elementary School TIMELINE: 220 days 2026-2027 School Year Overview The Richmond Heights Elementary School has a student population of approximately 400 students. The building currently has one administrator which is the building principal. The school recently added a third kindergarten classroom due to increased enrollment. The school has also placed some of these kindergarten students in half-day situations to help manage the school culture and climate. The district has also engaged PEP Assist in order to analyze the behaviors, strategies, and processes of both the students and the adults.
