Job Description Maintenance 8hrs/day $30.22/hr Replacement Effective ASAP Position Summary Performs a variety of responsibilities related to the preventative maintenance, repair, fabrication, general maintenance, installation, inspection, service, and operation associated with being a plumber/pipefitter while insuring compliance to state regulations. Remains available to respond to emergencies on a 24 hour basis; responds to emergencies to minimize and/or eliminate the need for school closures due to mechanical failure. Performs maintenance and service in other trade areas such as Electrical, Carpentry, Roofing, HVAC and Boiler repair. Performs snow plowing activities as needed.
