Job Description Successful candidate must have knowledge of Board of Health Requirements, safety and sanitation regulations. Candidate must have Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to apply for one. Job duties include but are not limited to: Ability to prepare Breakfast and Lunch meals. Knowledge of National School Lunch and Breakfast Program regulations required. Applicant should be able to maintain cost control measures through ordering and inventory and food production and forecasting. Additional responsibilities outlined in job description.
