Job Description TITLE: LITERACY SUPPORT TEACHER JOB STATUS: FLSA EXEMPT REPORTS TO: BUILDING PRINCIPAL DEPARTMENT: ACADEMICS AND STUDENT LEARNING POSITION SUMMARY: The Literacy Support teacher works with students in Grades K-5 (Elementary), 6-8 (Middle School), 9-12 (High School) who exhibit the need for additional support in order to become skilled readers.
