Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Coordinator/Provider is responsible for ensuring that students with disabilities or medical/behavioral health needs in grades K-5 receive the necessary accommodations and services as outlined in their 504 Plans and Plans of Care (PoC). This role works collaboratively with school staff, families, and other educational professionals to ensure compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, state education codes, and best practices for meeting students' medical/behavioral health and safety needs in the school environment.
