SUMMARY : The major task of the job is to provide leadership around student-focused outcomes within the educational setting. The School Psychologist's priority is to perform high-quality student evaluations embedded within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE) and Kent ISD guidance. Additionally, the school psychologist will serve as a key team member in consulting with school staff to ensure students remain in their Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
