Job Description This position starts on December 15 and is available for the rest of 2025/2026 school year and beyond. The administrative assistant provides support to the CMS faculty and acts as a liaison with the parent community. The administrative assistant possesses excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and technical skills, and mutli- tasks with skill and efficiency. S/he works closely with counseling and special education staff as well as administration to ensure that student needs are met related to parent-teacher meetings, student reporting, and the transition in and out of middle school. Pay-rate is between $28.59 and $33.39 an hour.
