Job Description Work 240 days a year. Holiday breaks off. 12 Vacation days a year, 12 sick days a year. GENERAL DEFINITION AND CONDITIONS OF WORK Primarily responsible for performing complex work in the maintenance and repair of: heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, their controls, and kitchen equipment in all School Board buildings. Position requires ability to make independent decisions. Work is performed from standing instructions and written work orders. Employee plans own work and coordinates with others as necessary under general supervision. Oversees apprentice helpers.
