Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read, write, and interpret written and oral instructions. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Any Individual holding the position of Food and Nutrition Technician will be responsible to meet all alcohol and drug screen policies and procedures, and to provide a drug free, healthful, and safe and secure work environment. Prepares and serves nutritional meals in an efficient manner. Maintains correct food temperatures, and follow the mandated guidelines.
