Job Description Saint Francis Xavier Academy (FXA) is a joyful, family-centered Catholic hybrid academy launching in Dedham, MA. Uniting the invaluable gifts of the home with the benefits of structured classroom days, FXA operates on a unique schedule: two full in-person instructional days on campus (Tuesdays and Thursdays) complemented by three home days guided by provided lesson plans. Our educational philosophy is deeply rooted in the Catholic tradition and inspired by the heart and "Preventive System" of St. John Bosco. FXA is seeking an academically rigorous, faith-filled 1st Grade Teacher for our in-class days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The 1st Grade Teacher will use provided lesson plans and texts to lead academic instruction, integrate a vibrant Catholic worldview across disciplines, and build excitement in learning.
