Job Description The Preble ESC is seeking a qualified individual to serve as an Intervention Specialist for a new High School Life Skills Classroom, to be located at the Success Academy in Eaton, OH Position Description Manage classroom and implement appropriate programming Develop and implement IEPs Conduct and participate in team meetings Supervise classroom assistants and 1:1 aides Essential Functions Ensure safety of students Develop schedules and lesson plans for classroom appropriate to students' IEPs Develop and implement behavior management plans Communicate with classroom assistants and 1:1's for student program implementation Maintain a classroom that is conducive to learning Interact in a positive manner with staff, students, and parents Demonstrate a positive work ethic Collaborate, as necessary, with outside agencies for the success of the student Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or...
