Job Description Due to an increased need for behavioral supports and data tracking, the Preble County ESC seeks qualified candidates to apply for employment as a Registered Behavioral Technician. Working alongside our current Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and Intervention Specialists, this RBT position will work to accomplish the following: Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Reports to: Preble County ESC Superintendent and/or assigned Administrator/Designee Employment Status: Regular/Full-time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Description: Support school districts to help educators work on behavioral challenges in the classroom.
