Job Description Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain within the first year of employment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year of experience in commercial or institutional food service. Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy minimum qualifications. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Clear and concise oral and written communication skills; organizational and management skills; mathematical skills.
