Job Description Anticipated High School Chemistry Teacher DESCRIPTION: High School Chemistry teachers are responsible for utilizing research-based pedagogical strategies to teach and engage diverse groups of students in grades 9-12. High School Chemistry teachers must work collaboratively with the EHS Science Department and Department Head throughout the year to continually improve the experience and performance of our students. Teachers should be well versed in Massachusetts High School Science Standards, as well as Sheltered English Instruction (SEI) practices and Universal Design to ensure access to content for all students. Teachers must exercise culturally responsive practices to promote equity and respect for all students.
