Job Description Anticipated Preschool Teacher Description : Preschool teachers are responsible for utilizing research-based pedagogical strategies to teach and engage diverse groups of students for kindergarten readiness. Preschool teachers must work collaboratively to meet the needs of Special Education and EL students and exercise culturally responsive practices to promote equity and respect for all students. Preschool teachers serve as a positive role model and can effectively communicate with all preschool families.
