Job Description Title: Network & Systems Administrator Reports To: Director of Technology Employee Type: Full-Time, 12-Months, Salary, Exempt Summary Plan and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT assets. Develop, configure, maintain, support and optimize all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links. Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video and wireless network services. Participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, servers, software, and communication links. Troubleshoot network performance issues, analyze and resolve wireless local area networks (WLAN) hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required.
