Job Description POSITION: Preschool Assistant - Special Ed. Assistant Schedule: 8:50 am - 3:50 pm, Tuesday - -Friday LOCATION: Fairborn Primary School SALARY: Starting Pay: $18.56 per hour, 6.5 hours per day Tuesday through Friday, for the 2026-27 school year APPLICATION DEADLINE: Until filled QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to communicate and work with disabled students.Must be Highly Qualified.Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma.Assist students with classwork.Assist teacher in planning and implementing daily schedule.Physically capable to do student transfers as necessary to maintain the care of students in the classroom.Meet the specific State and Federal Guidelines, associated with Preschool.Meet the qualification and/or criteria set by the State of Ohio Department of Education to obtain an educational aide permit (ORC 3319.088).
