Job Description The primary function of the Guidance Counselor is to provide a comprehensive competency-based counseling program focused on the learning, personal/social and career/vocational needs of all students. Under the direction of the Principal or their designee, the Guidance Counselor shall adhere to national, state, and local statutes, policies, and regulations regarding counseling and assist students in the development of social emotional skills and developmental assets.
