Job Description Job Title: School Counselor Supervisor: School Principal; Director of Student Support Services Pay Grade: Teacher Terms of Employment: 200 days Job Summary: To guide and implement programs that promote successful middle school experiences and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Essential Duties: Assists students in understanding their aptitudes and abilities through the interpretation of standardized test scores and other pertinent data, and works with students involving educational and occupational plans.
