Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: MIDDLE SCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION RESOURCE TEACHER Days of Work: 190 GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB The middle school special education resource teacher provides specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades 6-8 through direct instruction and co-teaching models. The teacher implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborates with general education teachers, and supports access to grade-level standards and postsecondary readiness.
