Job Description Job Description : Assistant Principal - Northview Crossroads Middle School Position Summary : The Assistant Principal supports the principal in providing instructional leadership, managing school operations, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. This role involves working closely with students, staff, parents, and the community to ensure the academic and social-emotional success of all students. The Middle School Assistant Principal is also responsible for the oversight of the Middle School Athletic Program.
