Job Description General Summary : This position is directly responsible for the general maintenance of multiple buildings throughout the district with a main focus on maintaining and monitoring HVAC systems. This includes the general maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, pool maintenance and general carpentry work and other district systems. This includes safety compliance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, along with compliance of all municipal, state and federal codes, rules and regulations.
