Job Description Full Job Description Definition : The 21st CCLC Enrichment Instructors are qualified staff authorized by District policy to provide services to participating 21st CCLC students during afterschool and summer programs. Enrichment Instructors include paraprofessionals, college students, teaching assistants, or other qualified staff (qualifications are approved and published in the School Board-approved District¿s Afterschool Program Manual of the Department of Extended Learning.) Depending on planned activities, Enrichment Instructors may rotate through the daily activities to provide the highest quality of program, and are trained and cleared to independently supervise students.
