Job Description Greenfield-Central Police Department Job Title: School Police Officer (Indiana Level 1 Police Department) Reports To: Chief of Police Employment and FLSA Status: Classified/Non-Exempt/Hourly Position Overview The School Police Officer is a sworn Indiana law enforcement officer employed by the Greenfield-Central Community School Corporation and commissioned through the Greenfield-Central Police Department (GCPD), a certified Tier 1 school police agency. Officers operate under the authority and policies of GCPD while working collaboratively with school leadership to maintain a safe, secure, and supportive educational environment.
