The Senior Technician is expected to provide leadership and direction for the desk as a whole, including: being a role model for all other desk staff. creating written and video documentation for use by the desk staff. reviewing processes and procedures and providing input to the Butler Tech IT team. reviewing tickets created by the desk staff and identifying errors and communicating correct process to relevant staff. encouraging junior staff to step out of their comfort zone in providing excellent service for BT. occasionally participating in IT Department staff meetings to provide updates and receive feedback.
