Job Description EASTCONN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our dynamic portfolio of special education programs. Serving 33 towns and 36 school districts, EASTCONN empowers all learners through innovative, high-quality services that meet the unique needs of students with disabilities in grades K-12 and beyond. This role focuses on providing essential administrative and program management support to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across EASTCONN's specialized programs, including Bridges Community School (Autism Program), EASTCONN Transition Academy, Clinical Day Treatment (CDT), EASTCONN Magnet Schools, and district-based supports.
