Job Description The Holliston Public School District is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Business Office Coordinator to support the daily financial and operational activities of the Business Office. The successful candidate will coordinate accounts payable functions, purchasing activities, grant support, and related business operations while maintaining the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service. The Business Office Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations. Essential Responsibilities: Process, review, and prepare invoices for payment. Generate accounts payable warrants and payment disbursements. Maintain vendor records, including collection and maintenance of W-9 forms and related documentation.
