Position Description
The Leadership Development Director will design and deliver training and coaching solutions that build education leaders’ capacity to lead continuous instructional improvement in schools. This position is a year-round position. SustainED Leaders’ training and coaching focus on supporting educators to implement evidence-based practices and research-based curriculum that maximize the learning and growth of all students, with an emphasis and focus on implementing HQIM (Bluebonnet Learning, Amplify Reading, Eureka Math, Carnegie Math, STEMScopes Math, i-Ready Math and Reading, SAVVAS Math and Reading, and HMH Reading).
