Job Description The Career Pathway Specialist / CTE School Counselor provides comprehensive academic, career, and postsecondary advising to students enrolled in Area 31 Career Center programs, including a focus on students participating in Early College Associate Degree pathways. This position supports student success by coordinating academic planning, dual credit enrollment, career exploration, leadership development, and student interventions while collaborating with instructors, partner schools, postsecondary institutions, families, and business and industry partners.
