Job Description Position Open Until Filled General Description: Develops, implements and manages the school health porgram for the students. Applicant must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a registered or practical nurse. Must be certified in first aid and CPR. Conducts school health services, including physical assessments, review and enforcement of immunizations and screening for hearing and vision as mandated by state regulations. Makes referrals to outside agencies when necessary. Maintains a cumulative health record on all students.
