Job Description Title I Reading Specialist Job Description The Title I Reading Specialist is assigned the responsibility of assisting Title I students and their families to ensure attaining and maintaining academic success as well as coaching staff in following with the protocols for the Title I program. Primary Responsibility to: Director of Programs and School Principal Responsibilities (Job functions) Plans a program of instruction that meets the individual needs, interests and abilities of students in collaboration with the principal and classroom teacher as well as other personnel working with the student.
