Job Description The Interventionist is responsible for providing targeted support to students in ELA and/or Math across grade levels, leading data-driven instruction, and contributing to the school's Response to Intervention and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (RTII and MTSS) processes. This role requires a dynamic individual who can analyze student performance data, collaborate with teachers and staff, and implement effective interventions to support student growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Teaching & Interventions: • Provide daily, small-group intervention sessions in ELA and/or Math for assigned grade level bands (likely 1st/2nd or 3rd/4th, could also include Kindergarten, SPED, ESL). • Support classroom teachers in addressing foundational skills gaps through differentiated instruction and targeted interventions. • Utilize student data to make informed decisions about instructional groupings, pacing, and the selection of intervention strategies....
