Job Description Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid 40-hour childcare training certification. Valid 5-hour Florida Emergent Literacy certification. Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) certification. Valid Adult, Child, and Infant First Aid/CPR/AED certificate issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
