Job Description LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS LEOMINSTER HIGH SCHOOL INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY SCHOOL NURSE FOR FIELD TRIP Field trip on March 9, 2026, 1PM - 5:30PM Stipend rate per contract from end of school day to return to school. Description: Chorus Field trip to UMass Lowell Choral Invitational Meet at LHS, bus leaves at 1:00 pm and returns to LHS at 5:30 pm Responsibilities: Preparation prior to the field trip, obtaining medications including medication orders, providing and documenting medications and treatments given, assessing students, and providing first aid. First Aid Bag and student information will be provided by LHS Health services.
