Job Description JOB ANALYSIS The school nurse comforts children with health problems that interfere with their ability to take part in the everyday school activities. The major focus of the school nursing services is the prevention of illness and disability, and the early detection and correction of health problems. The school nurse promotes student, staff and community awareness of and participation in healthy behaviors.
