Job Description JOB ANALYSIS The job of Office Assistant is done for the purpose/s of providing a variety of secretarial/clerical support to a variety of assigned administrators, and school staff; establishing and maintaining department records; coordinating assigned projects; and compiling and distributing a wide variety of materials and reports. REPORTS TO Principal or Designee ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following are illustrative of the responsibilities associated with this position and are not intended to be all-inclusive.)
