Job Description General Responsibilities Under the direction of the Postsecondary Readiness and Youth Workforce Managers, the Postsecondary Pathways Advisor plays a vital role in advancing student success by delivering College and Career Readiness Advising, providing pre-Employment Transition Services and serving as a critical data and impact link between assigned schools and the ESD. This position supports equitable access to postsecondary advising, planning, career exploration, and work-based learning experiences aligned with each school's unique needs and the region's workforce opportunities.
