Job Description This position is anticipated for the 2026-27 school year and is dependent upon final budget approval. High School Adjustment Counselor (Grades 9-12) Position Overview The High School Adjustment Counselor supports the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success of students in grades 9-12. The Adjustment Counselor works collaboratively with the Counseling Department, Special Education Team, and school leadership to provide direct counseling services, coordinate supports for students with higher levels of need, and connect families with outside resources. This role is central to promoting a school culture where students feel seen, heard, and supported, and where social-emotional growth is integrated with students' preparation for college, career, and life after high school.
