Job Description English Language Learner Teacher GENERAL INFORMATION Title: English Language Learner Teacher Department: Sandusky Middle School Salary Grade: Teacher Pay Schedule FLSA Status: Exempt Site/Location: Sandusky Middle School Reports to: Building Administrator Date: 01/11/2026 POSITION SUMMARY The primary responsibility of the EL teacher is to develop, implement, and maintain a standards-aligned, comprehensive EL program that will benefit each student served while also providing leadership and guidance to the school staff in supporting students who receive EL services. The EL teacher will serve as a liaison between school/division personnel, the EL student, and the family.
