Tabor English courses cultivate the language skills essential to leading vital, engaging lives in the 21st century. Our seminar-style classes prioritize student involvement and discussion, both of which are essential to developing critical thinkers and readers. Students develop and refine their writing process at every grade level, with emphasis on analytical, personal, and argumentative writing. Job Description Position Summary: The Associate Director of College Counseling reports to the Co-Directors of College Counseling and assists with the daily operation of the college counseling program at Tabor Academy, including programs to assist and educate students and their families about the college search and application process, developing relationships with colleges and universities, and the creation and submission of school materials in support of the college application. The person who assumes this role must maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and be an excellent representative to our students, families, and the community.
