Job Description POSITION: Registered Behavior Technician Daniel Webster Elementary School 32.75 hours per week STARTING DATE: January 5, 2026 or as soon as possible SALARY: Tutor Salary Schedule - RBT Category ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP OR LINE OF AUTHORITY: Directly responsible to Building Principal and Assistant Superintendent Student Services QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or Special Education, or related field preferred. Current RBT Certification. Trained in Crisis Intervention. Experience developing special education programs. Three-five years experience in a school setting preferred.
