Job Description Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) Lead Teacher Full-time, non-union, at-will position POSITION SUMMARY: The GSRP lead teacher is responsible for working as a team member in providing a quality educational program for preschool children by planning, assessing, and instructing 4-year-old students. The position includes maintaining required records to ensure grant compliance and meet licensing guidelines. The lead teacher promotes a collaborative relationship with families.
