CLAIR COUNTY TECHNICAL EDUCATION CENTER FULL-TIME CATERER NON-UNION, AT-WILL EMPLOYEE JOB TITLE: Snack Shop Caterer POSITION SUMMARY: The Caterer provides various support services while assigned to the Catering Department at the St. Clair County RESA. Services may include baking, cooking, preparing food, serving, handling money, managing inventory, delivering food, and working with students. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Successful food preparation, baking, and cooking experience in restaurants, hospitals, schools, or catering events. Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students and staff in a customer service setting. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work long hours while standing.
